Centrally located in stunning Whitianga, kick back in this sunny, relaxing home away from home. It has great indoor/outdoor flow with sunny, private, and fully fenced gardens, complete with bbq and outdoor dinning areas. We now have a lovely, private outdoor bath, so you can have a relaxing soak under the stars. The river can be seen from the front deck, sit with your coffee gazing at the water. Very close to town and the beautiful Buffalo Beach, so you can park up and walk everywhere. The space The house is modern and comfortable with a relaxing holiday feel to it. It's very private, quiet, warm and sunny. There is an air conditioning / heat pump unit to keep you comfortable on either hot or cool days. There is a modern and fully equipped kitchen and bathroom with everything you will need. The master bedroom has a luxurious superking bed. Both beds have cotton sheets and duvet covers. Linen, bedding, and towels are provided, but please bring beach towels. Guest access You will have access to entire house and garden, with one parking space in the driveway, and plenty of free road parking. Please note: There will be no access to the garage.
