2 bedroomed cottage with large lawned garden

Reconnect with loved ones in this family-friendly place. The space My house was built in 1863 Downstairs is the living room , kitchen , bathroom (the electric shower is above the bath )and small utility room which has a washing machine and a freezer. We also have WiFi , the details are inside the property . Upstairs are two double bedrooms with room in both rooms for a travel cot should one be needed . Also a blow up bed which would suit a 5/6 yr old There is a small courtyard with a round table and 4 chairs, lovely to sit with a coffee, through the courtyard door (which I keep locked… key hung up on back door) is a short pathway to the garden, where there’s quite a big lawn , a decking area with a table with 6 chairs and a parasol ( when needed) . There is a small barrel like BBQ which uses lump wood or coals ( not gas) the hedges are very high so very private . The gas tank(LPG Gas ) which heats the house and water is in the garden but surrounded by a 5ft fence , please don’t let children play inside the fence for their own safety ) There is a pathway to get round to the front of the house ,this is used to take the bins out for collection . You can come into the cottage after 3 pm and would need to vacate by 10/30 am on day of departure Guest access The whole house and garden Other things to note In the cottage there have been 3 open coal fires. , all of which are now blocked off. ., please don’t attempt to light a coal fire , the gas central heating is enough to keep the house warm Thank you
