The space The Hay Loft is a luxurious barn conversion designed with your comfort in mind. Boasting beautiful exposed original oak beams and brickwork, high vaulted ceilings and Velux windows you get a feel of both space and cosiness. The sitting room area embodies the name of the barn – ‘the Hay Loft’ with its sense of space and loftiness. There is a tasteful sofa, cosy cushions and snug throws. A log burner (with free supply of seasoned logs) and cast-iron radiators will keep you warm during cooler nights. There is also a 43” smart television to keep you entertained on nights in. The beautifully designed kitchen includes painted wooden units, solid quartz work-surfaces, kitchen island with bar seating and funky down lighters, with a wine-fridge for the all-important fizz! Attention to detail includes on-trend KitchenAid appliances, including a Nespresso machine. The gorgeous romantic bedroom area has an velvet tufted king-size bed with Vi-Spring mattress, luxury 100% cotton bed linen, goose down duvet and pillows and snug inviting throws. There is plenty of storage space with a triple wardrobe and chest of drawers. The luxurious ensuite bathroom features Porcelanosa tiling, a large Matki shower with Hansgrohe rainfall showerhead, heated radiator, illuminating heated mirror with shaver socket and luxury Harrogate sanitary ware. Fluffy hand towels and bath sheets are provided. Whilst the Hay Loft is attached to the main barn, it has its own front door, parking area, central heating and alarm system. The Hay Loft enjoys its own, exclusive use, private garden area with high quality rattan table and chairs, two sun loungers and a quaint summer house. There are numerous countryside walks on the doorstep, with the popular Lickey Hills, Earlswood Lakes and villages of Alvechurch and Barnt Green a short drive away. Guest access Guests have full exclusive access to the Hay Loft itself. There is a dedicated parking area and exclusive use garden area, with seating, sun loungers and summer house for guests of the Hay Loft. The main barn and its rear garden are used by the owners.
