The Gîte des Templiers

The Gîte des Templiers is a studio designed for 3 people. The house is located in a beautiful quiet environment close to amenities with parking next door. The usable space is about 34 m², divided into 3 parts: 1/ A main room of approx. 20 m² including: the living room, the beds, the equipped kitchen and a bathroom with sink, shower and toilet. 2/ An outbuilding of approx. 6 m² including storage. 3/ A terrace of approx. 8 m² with table and chairs. The space The Gîte des Templiers is a studio that can accommodate up to 3 people. Modest, it is clean and functional, you will not miss anything: To sleep: - 1 pull-out bed, sleeps 2 on 90 x 190 cm mattresses. - 1 mezzanine bed with 2 beds on a 135 x 190 cm mattress. To relax: - 1 bench made up of the pull-out bed in the day position. For your entertainment: - 1 107 cm flat screen TV. To make sure you have everything you need: - Furnished kitchen  - Table with 4 chairs - Top fridge - Extractor hood - Two-burner electric stove - Microwave - Dinnerware and cutlery - Pots and utensils - Radiant heating - Ironing board - Iron - Washing machines up to 8 kg located in self-service at Intermarché 200 meters from the accommodation. Low rate, laundry included, text at the end of the program. Ideal for relaxing in a bucolic environment in the South of France, in the Var department... Ideally located in Provence Verte in the medieval village of Montfort sur Argens, this oppidum is overlooked by a Templar castle. Between the sea and the lake, you can have fun!... Rest, swimming, fishing, climbing, walking, cycling, hiking, canoeing, tree climbing, tourist train, panoramic excursions, cultural visits, gastronomy, karting, car racing, golf, carriage ride and horseback riding in a dream place at a low price!... Around this typical village with all the amenities, you will discover an admirable setting where it is good to enjoy the landscaped beaches that border emerald waters overlooked by majestic cliffs. You can also discover the Verdon Gorge crossed by the turquoise waves of Lake Sainte Croix and then, right next door, Provence in its pure state with its lavender fields! On the sea side, the breathtaking sites follow each other but do not resemble each other. Not far away, you can reach the Maures mountains and its immense oak and chestnut forests. Guest access The Gîte des Templiers is independent with your entrance from the street. A terrace is available for your use. The accommodation is quietly located about 150 meters from all amenities such as Intermarché contact, drive or delivery, restaurants, bar, hairdresser and even clairvoyance... Easy parking next door including two secure parking lots under video surveillance. 24-hour gas station and car repair garage if needed. Bus stop nearby, regular bus lines.
