Guest house in quiet neighborhood near downtown

Private studio apartment set away from the street to avoid any traffic noise. The guesthouse is a 10 minute bike ride from the downtown waterfront park as well as many great local restaurants and cafe's. Tree-filled Irving Park is 1 block away. Located just down the street from public transit and 1.3 miles from the Oregon Convention Center as well as the Moda Center. Come enjoy our beautiful place in the Irvington neighborhood. The space This tiny guest house lives big with a full kitchen and two separate sleeping areas. A privacy wall keeps the bed separate from the living room. A full size pull-out bed can accommodate two extra guests. Many extra amenities and 1gb WiFi. Other things to note Since this is in a quiet neighborhood and we live on the property with children, this is a no party residence. Please keep noise to a minimum after 10pm. The water pipes are long running from our house to the unit. It can take a little while for the water to heat up. Feel free to let the water run while it warms. There is plenty of street parking available. We can make the driveway available for unloading luggage before parking on the street if you need. We do not allow smoking inside, of any kind.
