At the rear, a private patio with an exclusive plunge pool (not heated) offers a sheltered outdoor space. As the apartment forms part of a residential building, guests are expected to respect house rules and neighbouring residents. Other things to note *Important notice regarding construction noise* Please note that the Atlantic Seaboard is currently experiencing a high level of development. There are active construction sites above the property on Nettleton Road and below on Victoria Road. Noise levels can vary significantly from day to day depending on construction schedules, weather conditions, and wind direction. While there are periods when activity is minimal or barely noticeable, there may also be days when construction noise is clearly audible during working hours, including occasional Saturdays. This activity is outside of our control and can change without notice. By booking this property, guests acknowledge and accept the possibility of fluctuating construction noise during their stay. **This property is two flights of stairs down from the road and is not suitable for guests with mobility problems. There is no elevator.**
