And because of its central location, it's a great jumping off point for exploring the city and finding new restaurants and attractions to visit. To ensure your health and safety, we only use CDC-authorized cleaning solutions and professionally washed linens and towels in this house. The space 900 sq ft | this single-level home is part of a duplex, so its front house unit is reserved separately for other guests | Unit is right under the main house. BEDROOMS: •Room 1: King bed | Closet | Office desk, and chair. •Room 2: King bed | Closet | Office desk, and chair. BATHROOM: Toilet paper | Body wash | Shampoo | Conditioner | Hair dryer.  KITCHEN & DINING: Refrigerator | Microwave oven | Coffee maker | Rice cooker | Induction stove | Dining table can seat up to 4. LIVING ROOM: Sofa set | wall-mounted widescreen TV with access to Netflix, Amazon Prime Videos, and other online streaming platforms. PARKING AREA/ OUTDOOR: A little patio area with furniture is accessible. Street parking is available. Guest access AC/HEAT: Each room has its own split AC units. ENTERTAINMENT: Ping pong table is available to be used and is shared with the neighboring guests. SHARED LAUNDRY ROOM: On-site washer and dryer are available and free to be used. It is being shared with the neighboring guests. Laundry supplies are also provided such as detergent and bleach. INTERNET CONNECTION: Go on a lag-free video conference call and let the others play their online games simultaneously as the internet speed goes up to 400Mbps+. Other things to note ?????
