Please do not carry food/drinks in and around the pool. - Smoking is not allowed inside the villa. There are smoking zones near the gazebo and pool area with ashtray receptacles placed for use. - Children should be supervised while they are in or around the pool. - After using the swimming pool, strictly avoid using the living room furniture in wet clothes. - Guests are requested to be very careful around the pool area as the floor may be slippery. - Guests are earnestly requested to treat the home with care. HOUSE TRUTHS - No food orders are accepted after 10 pm. - Locals residing around the home may occasionally make noise - There are CCTV cameras that capture the external areas for security purposes. - In case of a power outage, we have installed generator on 3rd of July, 24. - The caretaker does not stay at the property. Service staff will only be available till 10:00 PM. - Guests can stay connected with complimentary Wi-Fi. The network is subject to availability at any given time. - Mobile networks such as Jio/Airtel/Vodafone work fairly well here. POLICIES - The number of guests must not exceed the count mentioned at the time of booking. - Only the guests who have been accounted for are allowed at the villa. - All guests must be able to share valid ID proofs when asked. This could be at the time of booking, and also upon arrival. - All foreign nationals must be able to share their passport and visa details prior to their stay. - Any damage to the property caused by the guest will be charged as per the actual cost of repair or replacement. - Any illegal activity - including but not limited to prostitution and the use of narcotics - is strictly not permitted. - Any commercial activity is strictly not permitted. - A refundable deposit of Rs. 5000 will be collected before check-in. If the length of stay is more than three days deposit may vary accordingly. POINTS TO NOTE • Breakfast is not included in the displayed rates; an additional fee applies for this service. • For an all-inclusive freshly cooked meals package, there is an extra cost of Rs. 1,500 per adult/night, with options available for both Vegetarian and Non-Vegetarian meals. Children aged between 5-11 years will be charged at Rs. 1,200 per child/per night. • During the rainy season or extreme heat, fluctuations in water chemistry may occur due to external factors such as airborne nutrients and ozone, potentially altering the pool's pH levels and color. While we strive to maintain water quality, some natural changes are beyond our control. • All electronic gadgets/equipment are regularly serviced. In the event of sudden technical failure, the management will endeavor to resolve the issue, but cannot be held responsible. • Guests are not permitted to enter other villas besides the one allocated during their stay with The Aaramghar Stay. The Aaramghar Stays bears no responsibility for consequences arising from trespassing or noise complaints. • Any inappropriate behavior or violation of house rules may result in refusal of booking or, if already checked in, guests may be asked to leave at the discretion of management. • Guests are not allowed to invite additional guests or day visitors during their stay. • Due to heavy monsoons, the property may experience seepage and dampness, which is beyond our control. The semi-garden area may also show signs of wear and tear. • Caretakers reside in separate quarters outside of the premises and are available from 9 am to 10 pm. • There are 4 roll-away beds & 10 extra mattresses and duvets available at the villa. • Guests are advised to keep doors and windows shut to prevent insects and bugs from entering the property. • A kitchen utility charge of INR 1500 per night applies for self-cooking. • Pool timings are from 7 am to 9 pm. Check-in time is at 1:00 PM, and check-out time is at 11:00 AM. • Loud music is not permitted outside the villa after 10 pm, and DJ setups are not allowed. • We provide an in-house speaker; outside speakers or music systems are not permitted • Separate accommodations for drivers or nannies are not available. • EV car charging facility is not provided. • Allow 10-15 minutes after switching on the geyser for hot water. - Our pool heating system is sourced from abroad, and our maintenance contractor operates from Pune and Mumbai. In the event of a technical or spare part issue causing a heating system malfunction, we kindly request a grace period of a few hours or up to 24 hours to resolve the issue. - We maintain an in-house electrical and plumbing team stationed in Lonavala, conducting three monthly inspections to address any maintenance concerns. Occasionally, unforeseen electrical or plumbing glitches may occur due to extreme weather conditions (heat, wind, and rain) or technical issues. We kindly request your patience and cooperation while we resolve these issues with our team. Please note that such occurrences are rare, happening only once in every 100 bookings. - Bonfire and BBQ services will remain unavailable during the monsoon season (June to September). - All food menu selections and chef-on-hire requests must be finalized at least 72 hours prior to check-in. Aaramghar Stays reserves the right to decline any food or chef requests made after this period. - During the monsoon, the fairy lights on the terrace gazebo and ground-floor structure often dim or turn off due to moisture. - A dedicated housekeeping team of 2 will have access to the villa’s main entrance and backdoor (if applicable). If any guest is uncomfortable with this arrangement, they may inform us via the Airbnb message. - Due to heavy rains, some walls may show signs of seepage.
