Cheerful home with indoor Fireplace & King beds

We have a unique older home in a nice neighborhood. This home has 2 bedrooms with king sized beds also a sofa that turns into a single bed. A wood burning fireplace gives the home a cozy warmth during the winter months. Outdoor fire pit as well as a gas barbecue are available for use in the large, fenced back yard. Fully stocked kitchen should have most everything you'd need to prepare and serve a nice meal. We look forward to hosting you and feel you will just love our fresh and cozy home. We've styled the home to reflect a mid century modern feel. Step back in time a bit while enjoying modern beds and conveniences like internet and smart TV's. Please note, there may be guests staying in the basement apartment. If so, you will be sharing the backyard, garage, and laundry room with them. The washer and dryer are in the basement as well as Ironing board and iron. This area is shared with the guests in the basement apartment. We want your stay to be memorable and enjoyable. If there's anything you need or need help with, please message me here. Quiet older neighborhood one block off one of the main roads through town. Sometimes you can hear the train whistle in the distance. The town of Fremont has less than 28,000 people. It's very easy to make your way around. The historic district is on main and 6th mostly. The newer area for shopping, restaurants and services is on 23rd St. We have external security cameras. Front, back and in the garage. There are no cameras inside the home. We also have the basement apartment listed on Airbnb. But they will not have access to the main house. They will be coming and going through the garage. We allow pets but no more than 2. There is a $100, non-refundable pet cleaning fee. Please be sure to include your pet(s) in the reservation. Please also let me know in your message how many and what kind of pet(s) you'll be bringing. We ask that no large dogs be brought to the house. Nothing larger than 50lbs.
