The space This newly remodeled apartment has all the amenities you need to make for an unforgettable vacation. Free and dedicated parking for up to two vehicles on property starts your stress-free adventure. Keyless entry opens up to a comfortable living room with a TV showing Netflix, HBO, Showtime, Hulu, and Amazon Prime! Next to the living room is a small office space. Working remote is all the rage these days so why not work take advantage of some sun & fun. The optional standup desk to is there to help with the work week. As a bonus the office has a futon so it can double as a second bedroom. This is also where you’ll find the washer and dryer. Down the small hall you’ll find a sparking clean bathroom. In case you forgot something, we a have back up - necessary accompaniments including personal toothpastes, body wash, shampoo, conditioner, hairdryer, and sun screens. Next to the bathroom is a spacious bedroom with a queen bed. Back through the living room is the fully equipped kitchen. The granite counter tops offer up a luxurious place to cook. From the kitchen, french doors open up to a large outdoor deck. On the shared patio next to the private deck is a charcoal grill to cook that fresh caught fish! Take a step out into the warm Florida air, sit and relax under the lights on the private back deck while you enjoy a nice glass of wine and reminisce about the days events.
