Lakeview English Tudor/Castle at Tahoe

Built in 1980, this English Tudor house is one of the kind in the Tahoe basin area. Like in the old castle, guests will walk down stairs to reach their space of privacy. The house has 4 stories facing the lake. From the street you will only see 2 stories. The first story will have a lake facing patio. 2nd story has a lake facing deck with a BBQ grill and Hottub SPA. Only 1/2 of the house (3k sf) are accessible to renters, private entrance from the garage door, to the lower 2 levels facing Lake. The space The space has 3 formal bedroom suites and an attic twinbeds suite, a sleeper sofa. Comfortable for 6 and can be hosting up to 10, with attic and sleeper so far. The guests areas are in the first two stories facing the late not visible from the street level. Guest entrance is via garage door accessible with code. Due to weather conditions, garage is also served as a mud room for storing outdoor shows and skiing equipment. The entire house is newly upgraded flooring. so it is absolutely necessary for guests to leave their street shoes in the garage before entering. Guests will enjoy over 3000sf space to themselves with pool table, blackjack table, card table, hottub, steam room exclusive for guests’ use. Guest rooms: all are suites with private bath/shower. 1 King-bed suite , 1 full-size suite. 2 twin beds suites , 1 of which is above the garage with ac. with twin beds is located above the garage. A sleeper sofa is in the game room with steam/ shower room. And a separate shower room. Owners (elder couple) are on the premises but will be out of sight, reachable via phone or text. Unless there is emergency maintenance, the deck and patio are exclusively for guest use only. Guest access Deck, hot tub, patio Other things to note Keep Tahoe green and blue! Leave no food in your parked cars. We are in a bear county. All trash goes to bear proof box in the driveway. Free Parking up to 3 cars: one on driveway and 2 on the side of house (facing east) The property hired twice managers to take care of the short-term rentals and each time destroyed my property with substantial damages. Owners decided to manage the property with no intrusion towards guests privacy while vacationing at our precious home.
