If you are looking to get away for your family vacation, this is the home for you! Outside, you will find the perfect furnished deck to lounge on with your favorite beverage or book, with views of the beach and Gulf of Mexico. This home also offers easy access to the beach, either by golf cart or a short walk. There is a spacious living area with a fold out queen size bed for additional sleeping. The home also offers satellite TV and high speed internet. In the kitchen you will find plenty of seating for family dinners or game nights at the dining room table and bar. With over 1400 square feet, Spoonbill sleeps 12 comfortably. The primary suite has a queen size bed; and bedrooms 2 and 3 each have 2 full beds with a bathroom to share. After a day at the beach you can rinse the sand away in the outdoor shower. Underneath the home, there is a great covered area that offers swings and outdoor seating, where you can relax with your family and friends and BBQ on the charcoal grill. Small dogs (under 35 pounds) allowed with a pet fee. All Swedes Real Estate vacation rentals are non-smoking properties. Swedes does not rent to guests under 25 years of age. The homeowner does not provide linens and towels, but, if you choose, they are available upon request from our linen service (additional fee applies).
