Upstairs: Unique "Split" Full Bath (2 showers, tub, dual vanity) accessible from the hall and primary bedroom. --- The house is a tri-level, with the ground level housing a big, open kitchen with a small breakfast table that seats four and looks out to the big back yard and also has a view into the lower level living room. On the main level you'll also find a large dining room with a 9 foot dining table that can comfortably seat 10 and can easily seat 12. The dining room has a 55 inch TV mounted on the wall. Just off the kitchen you'll find an entirely redone half bathroom, and the entrance to the 2 car garage. On the upper level, the house has three bedrooms. The primary bedroom is quite large, with a king sized bed, dresser and two closets. The second bedroom has a queen sized bed and its own closet, and the third bedroom also has a queen bed and a full sized closet. The bathroom on the upper level is essential a full bath + an additional half bath. The full bath has been completely redone and has dual vanities, quartz countertops and a shower with a tub, as well as a skylight. Just off the full bath is a second half bath that contains an additional shower, and an entrance into the primary bedroom. On the lower level, the house has a fourth bedroom with two bunkbeds, and can easily sleep 4 kids or 4 adults shorter than 6 feet tall. In addition, the lower level has a full sized living room, with couch seating for 7-8, a 55 inch TV mounted on the wall and a wood burning fireplace. On the lower level there is also a dedicated workspace with a big desk and a comfortable swivel chair. Off the living room in the lower level is a full sized laundry room with extra large washing machine and dryer. The house sits on 3 private acres, 2 of which are marshy wetlands that border Honey Creek. In dryer months it is easy to walk out to the creek and explore the wildlife that lives in the area. The yard is big, and there's plenty of space for a game of football and soccer. The yard also has a big shed on it, that houses yard games in summer. The garage can fit two cars, although it is not a 2.5 car garage and so there is not much room to open doors if two cars are inside. It is equipped with a smart garage door opener and guests can access the garage via their smartphone when they stay here. The driveway is big enough to easily park 4 or 5 more cars beyond the garage. Guest access Guests have access to everything on the property. Other things to note While we do allow pets at this property, we require pets to be included in the reservations, and we do charge an additional cleaning fee for all stays that include pets. We will provide a food and water dish for dogs as well as baggies to keep the yard clean. If you do not include a pet in your reservation but bring one to stay at the house, that is a violation of our house rules.
