The space The common areas (kitchen, living room) are to be shared with the owner. The floor includes 2 bedrooms, 1 bathroom and a toilet. Hosts therefore have a private room but the bathroom and toilet will be shared between the 2 bedrooms. Guest access I welcome hosts upon arrival but a key box is also available for the rest of the stay.
