This Oceanfront studio apartment can sleep 2-3 guests. It features a full kitchen, AC, SMART TV, 1 Queen Bed, 1 Single Bed, bathroom with both a shower and an asian soaking tub and a balcony. There is WIFI throughout and shared access to the pool. We are a 9 minute drive away from Six Roads which has a few supermarkets, fast food restaurants and banks. The space The property offers a communal pool with a magnificent view of the Atlantic ocean and easy walking access to Sharkhole Beach. Guest access Guests have access to the main floor foyer/reception area and shared pool area. Other things to note 1. Please note, this studio apartment is located in Villa Zen, there is a HIGH possibility that other guests will be staying in other apartments on-site. 2. Villa Zen is on the Oceanfront which means it has amazing views, however, this also means the sea spray sticks to windows and floors causing things to rust quickly. 3. During your stay construction may be ongoing in other apartments or the exterior due to Corrosion as we make our best efforts to continue to improve Villa Zen. We make every effort to keep all noise to a minimum and will always notify you beforehand. 4. We would HIGHLY recommend renting a car if staying with us. 5. If you have mobility issues we DO NOT recommend booking with us. Guests must climb 1 flight of stairs to the apartment. 6. The PoolSide is sometimes rented out for a few hours on weekends and school holidays for pool parties (mostly kids' parties). The pool will be closed to guests during private events. We require that all parties finish by 11 pm at the latest. We will always notify you of any events on the property beforehand. 7. You are limited to 2 free visitors at a time. Based on availability additional visitors can purchase pool passes at $20 USD/person or you can book the Poolside for up to 40ppl for $400 USD. 8. While we do allow music to be played on site, we ask that you are respectful of other guests and not play loud music after 9pm during weekdays and 10:30pm on weekends. 9. We ONLY provide bath towels, guests will need to bring their own beach/pool towels.
