Keep this in mind if you come with children or seniors. - Being a highland area, and with a predominantly warm climate, the presence of insects and other animals is normal in some seasons of the year. - As a municipality, we have a water service from the village aqueduct. Although we have storage tanks, in some seasons (especially winter), the water can become cloudy, and this can affect the water clarity in the pool. But don't worry, the water is clean (but not drinkable). - As it is a rural settlement, we do not yet have a home gas service, so we have a cylinder (gas pipette), and we have spare parts inside the property to be replaced quickly. Please let us know if you require a pipette change. -The only shared area is the parking lot. Your cabin has space for two vehicles. The area is marked with bollards outside your cabin. Please let us know in advance if you need to bring in a third vehicle. -We have WiFi, but given the capacity, being a rural service, the service only supports cell phones. For this reason we have DIRECTV service on the TV, since it does not support platforms. - Items left during the stay are the guest's responsibility; the host is not responsible for any damage or loss. - As we offer tranquility, we have quiet hours from 11 pm to 6 am. Noisy parties or events are not allowed. - We reject sex tourism. Any form of sex tourism and/or exploitation of minors is strictly prohibited and is considered a serious violation of local rules and laws.
