Big bear cabin retreat

Come enjoy your quiet retreat in this custom remodeled shipping container nestled within hundred-year-old pine trees. In this 1-bdrm cabin you will find everything you need to make your stay special! We are 36 miles from Steven's Pass and even closer to many hiking trails. You are minutes away from a park with playground, soccer fields and trails down to the river. If you are looking to stay in, we have a beautiful deck with seating, an outdoor firepit and a large yard for use. The space The cabin was custom built with our beautiful scenery in mind. We built up the bed so that it rests just under the large window. You can wake up to the beauty of your surroundings by just pulling open the curtains. Many mornings you will see our local deer eating the plants. In the spring in summer months, you will see their offspring as well. Guest access We are on just over 8 acres and have opened up over half of that to our guests. We just ask that you do not go beyond the orange flag markers towards our home. Other things to note There are 2 almost identical cabins on the property, about 50 feet apart. If you would like to book both, we do have a separate listing. We do also allow pets under 40lbs. We are currently not charging for pets. Bathroom is attached, just outside the sliding glass door.
