Here you will find some of the city's best loved historic buildings & architecture, riverside cycle routes, kayaking and West brewery. The flat is ideally situated for both exploring the city on foot & by public transport - 15min walk to city centre, 10mins on train to Ovo, SEC, West End. Free guest parking available. The space This second floor apartment has been recently refurbished and redecorated including a luxury bathroom and new kitchen with everything you need for a short term stay. The living and dining areas are flooded with light through the day making it a very fresh space hang out or do some work at the dedicated workstation. Fast wifi is provided alongside a SMART TV allowing you to stream your favourite shows. Please note that terrestrial TV is not available. The dining area allows you to enjoy a meal in the evening whilst listening to some music or chatting about the days adventures! The bedroom is a large double with plenty of hanging space in the mirrored wardrobes and two chests of drawers. The fully remodelled bathroom contains a bath and waterfall shower and huge illuminated mirror to help you get ready for a night on the town. The kitchen contains all the modern conveniences you would expect, including an induction hob/electric oven/washing machine/fridge freezer/microwave/Tassimo coffee machine. Guest access Guests have full access to the whole apartment. Other things to note *There is no lift in the building. There are two flights of stairs to climb to the apartment. * BBC iPlayer is not included in streaming services. * The ventilation system in the building may, on occasion, allow smells to travel from neighbouring apartments. There is an air filter provided for your use to remedy this if required. * Use of the sofa bed will require an additional £30 linens fee. * General rubbish should be placed in the grey bin. When full, the bag should be tied and placed in the big bins at the back of the building. * Grey bin with green sticker is for recycling ONLY (paper/card/plastics) - NOT GLASS. Items placed in the grey bin should be rinsed clean first. This bin should also be emptied before check out - recycling bins are at the back of the building also and marked. * SMOKING IS STRICTLY PROHIBITED - ANY EVIDENCE OF SMOKING WILL BE SUBJECT TO AN ADDITIONAL £500 CLEANING FEE. IF THIS IMPACTS THE NEXT GUEST THERE WILL BE FURTHER CHARGES.
