It has a kitchen but the kitchen is not stocked (bring your own everything for the kitchen). Sheets and bedding provided. No fires or open flame allowed. See complete house rules. No parties, no additional guests, no animals (active farm). Excellent wifi on site. This is a rustic farm stay, and conditions are rustic. Some farm noise, dirt, animals, etc will be encountered. The yard is zeriscaped with wood chips and is not perfect. There are minor imperfections in the unit.
