The space This condo is located on the third floor, close to the elevator and onsite pool/hot tub and restaurant. Master Bedroom has King size bed and beautiful Lake views. It opens to the balcony. The bathroom has dual sinks and walk in closet and soaking tub and shower. The Second room has two full size beds. The second bath has stand in shower. The living room is very spacious with 55 inch 4k curved internet enabled TV. You will have access to Netflix and other internet apps. Kitchen is very well equipped with pots and pans and coffee maker. Guest access You will have the entire condo to yourself. Other things to note Please keep in mind, this is a residential community. Guests need to follow all community rules. Pools maybe used at your own risk, we don't have life guards. Kids under the age of 15 need to be accompanied by an adult. All pools close at 11pm. State required rules for pool and sauna are posted in appropriate areas and must be followed. Quiet hours must be observed after 10:00pm. No loud music on the patio or by the pools. Smoking is NOT permitted in common areas such as pools, courtyards, Spa, Gym, picnic areas. Our condo's are non smoking as well. No towels or any piece of clothing must be hung on any balcony railing at any time.
