Home away from home! Home features 2 bedrooms and 1.5 bathrooms, both with queen sized beds. WiFi and smart TVs throughout home! Only thing missing is you! - Close to shops, restaurants, entertainment, beaches, state parks and much more! Things to note: - Weeki Wachee = 20 min away (mermaid show is a must see) - Tampa International Airport = 40 min (Take Veterans Expwy) - Busch Gardens & Adventure Islands 50 min Take a look at the guidebook for things to do , restaurants to try, and more! The space 2 bedrooms and 1.5 bathrooms - 2 queen sized beds - dedicated working space - Free fast WiFi - Fiber Optic 500 Guest access: - Smart Lock = easy check-in (code provided 1hr prior to check in) EARLY CHECK IN OPTION: 1pm - before 4pm = $40 fee - Must be arranged at least 24hrs prior to arrival. - Unfortunately, checking in prior to 1pm is not available as our cleaners require ample time to prepare the property. The only time we might be able to accommodate check in prior to 1pm is if there’s no guests checking out the same day, $40 fee still applies. Kitchen: - Fully equipped (pots, pans, silverware, etc) - Coffee & Coffee Maker - Seasonings provided - only salt and pepper Backyard: - Charcoal grill (clean after using, charcoal = @ guest’s expense) - Outdoor Dining table - Wicker Furniture - Fully Fenced In - Pergola Important: - No pets allowed. If pets are present, your reservation will be forfeited with no refund. There will also be a fee of $350 to your credit card for breaking this rule. - No smoking allowed inside the home or outside of the home if you’re on the property premises (smell can linger back inside) - Please only use use black “makeup” towels to remove makeup, damages to other towels caused by makeup, dirt, or food will have a replacement cost of $15 for each dirty towel or missing. - Please do not set the AC lower than 73 degrees as the compressor may freeze and cause damage ($200 fee) - Only starter pack of toiletries are provided (toilet paper, paper towels, dish pods, laundry detergent) - Please try to be eco friendly and use towels more than once if it is still clean Disclosure: - Outdoor cameras only to monitor cleaning staff - We’re not responsible for any accidents, injuries, or illnesses that occurs while on the property. We’re also not responsible for the loss of your personal belongings/valuables. - Use grill at your own risk Enjoy your stay! Guest access Entire home - just keep garage door closed To lock the door simply press the Schlage button Other things to note For guests that stays over a week , trash comes on Monday’s & Thursday’s morning. If using grill, after the grill cools down, please clean the grates and utensils. Please place the grill cover back on as well or put back in the garage Don’t use kitchens pans/pots on the grill.
