Each level features a private master bedroom with en-suite bathroom (important: the shower is available only in the upper floor bathroom), offering ideal privacy for couples, families, or friends traveling together. Floor-to-ceiling windows flood the space with natural light and open up to panoramic vistas of the lake. The loft includes a spacious lounge area for up to 6 guests, a fully equipped modern kitchen, high-speed Wi-Fi, and two Smart TVs for entertainment. Whether you’re dining in, relaxing with a movie, or working remotely, every detail has been carefully considered for your comfort. Step outside to your private sun terrace and beach area directly at the lake shore. The terrace and a designated part of the beach are reserved exclusively for guests of the LAKE LOFT Colonno and is ideal for sunbathing, enjoying a glass of wine at sunset, or relaxing by the water. The lake access area and beach are semi private. Other residents of the building may occasionally use a designated passage to reach the shore. This access path crosses the sun terrace and beach area but does not affect the private use of them, which remains exclusively reserved for use by guests of the Lake Loft Colonno. Enjoy direct access to the lake for swimming in the clear water or starting a paddle adventure with the on site SUP rental and other water sports activities. Additional features include exclusive private parking—a rare luxury on the lake—and direct access to the Greenway del Lago, a scenic trail that winds through charming villages and breathtaking landscapes. Other things to note • A private parking space is available just 50 meters from the property, with 24/7 access (max. height 2m). • Additional parking may be arranged on request, depending on availability (best effort). • The public ferry from Colonno offers a scenic way to explore Lake Como by boat. • The loft includes an ironing set for your convenience. • A welcome breakfast with yogurt, milk, fresh fruit, and soft drinks is included to start your stay comfortably.
