This renovated apartment in the district of Schüttdorf/Zell am See can accommodate up to 3 people. The valley station of the AreitXpress is 10 minutes away and Lake Zell is 15 minutes away. Free parking is available in the immediate vicinity of the house, public transport can be reached on foot. In every season, the apartment impresses with its central location with access to various leisure activities. Pets are welcome! The space The accommodation consists of a small cozy bedroom with a double bed, a large living room with a sofa bed and a fully equipped fitted kitchen as well as a bathroom with a floor-level rain shower. A loggia is available for the warmer seasons. Guest access The apartment is located on the ground floor of a residential building. The electronic lock can be opened by means of an access code. Other things to note Unfortunately, we do not offer a Zell am See summer card. Of course, you will receive the guest card free of charge when you book. Pets are welcome with us! We make a great effort to clean and therefore charge an increased cleaning fee for a stay with a pet. We would like to point out that even with regular thorough cleaning, isolated pet hair cannot always be avoided. This note applies in particular to allergy sufferers interested in this listing. In April 2025, the windows in the apartment were replaced and renewed!
