The Artists' Apartment

Come stay in the old west wing of Yoxford's original Old Vicarage. The house is full of original artwork, the style is contemporary and bright and perfect for a country escape. There are also the beautiful beaches of Minsmere and Aldebrough a short drive away. The gardens are wonderful all year around and the village has changed little since the 19th Century. The space The Artist's Studio has been carefully converted to maintain many of its original features. It's also bright and modern and designed for easy living. It has wooden painted floors throughout. Rooms are spacious and the kitchen is new. At the top there is a large bedroom with a huge bed. There's also a large sitting room with smart TV and views of Yoxford high street. The garden extends out to the large garden of the main house and guests are able to enjoy the gardens, with its many vistas and fruit trees. Guest access Guests will arrive through the driveway of the Main house, the Old Vicarage. Immediately on the right there is parking for 2 cars. The owners also let The Coach House, a small rustic hideaway in the grounds, therefore sometimes there will be other cars. However there is space and also plenty of parking on the road outside so parking is not a problem. Guests of the Artist studio have an access path to the apartment through one small part in the corner of the Coach house garden. Other things to note The Artist's Studio can be booked with the another property in the gardens of the Old Vicarage (The Coach House) Please see the Artist's Residence to make booking for both. if you have a large group. In this way the gardens and courtyard can be shared and so too can the very large dining table in the Coach house. The Coach house also has an additional 2-3 bunks for children converted from original apple stores behind a curtain in the kitchen. Children who have been to the property love this unique arrangement. See photos.
