Offering breathtaking views of the lake and surrounding mountains, our chalet promises you an unforgettable stay. Inside, you will find two closed bedrooms, an open mezzanine bedroom, and a sofa bed, comfortably accommodating up to 10 people. The spacious, light-filled rooms invite relaxation and tranquility. The sleek, fully equipped kitchen with its central island and bar stools is a dream for cooking enthusiasts. The adjoining dining area comfortably seats up to 10 guests. Guest access ✦ You will have access to the entire chalet and its outdoor spaces in complete privacy, with the exception of the storage spaces. Other things to note ⚠️ IMPORTANT NOTICE Please note that our chalet is located in a newly developed area, and the roads leading to the property are not yet paved. While both the roads and our private parking area are professionally plowed, from November to April, we strongly recommend using a 4WD vehicle equipped with winter tires to access the chalet. Please note that we are not responsible for towing or any other related expenses. ⚠️ Due to the natural, wooded environment in which the chalet is located, power outages may occasionally occur, although this remains rare. These interruptions are beyond our control, and we cannot, unfortunately, be held responsible for them. PETS One small/medium size dog per booking might be allowed after approval. A $120 pet fee + fees applies. A 500$ deposit may be applicable as well. We will ask for more details about your dog (size) before approving. *WATER ACCESS - LAKE* Access to Lac Noir is at about a 4-minute drive down the hill. The access is a small path of about 100 meters which will lead you to a dock. No watercrafts are available. Available May 15th-October 15th NO EXCEPTIONS *SOFA BED* Please note that the sofa bed currently in the chalet is not the same as the one on the photos as it had to be replaced. *SOUND DEVICE* It is strictly forbidden to party at the chalet. In addition to a security camera pointing towards the parking lot and the entrance to the chalet, there is an excessive noise detection device outside the chalet to warn us if the noise reaches a level of decibels too high. We define excessive noise as music or any other sound that our neighbors may hear that interferes with their enjoyment of the premises. The noise detector does not record audio. *CAMERAS* Please note that we have security cameras outside the chalet. In order to respect your privacy, none point to the spa. It is forbidden to move the angle of the cameras or to disconnect them. This act will be judged as an attempt to hide something and therefore, will immediately end the rental without refund. *TV* We have two smart TVs (no traditional cable), allowing you to log into your own streaming accounts and enjoy your favorite content *FIREPLACE* There is a wood fireplace at your disposal, you have to bring your own wood. Also, you must bring your own kindling and/or paper to facilitate starting. *OUTSIDE FIRE PIT* The fire pit is available from May 1st to November 15th. NO EXCEPTIONS *BATHROOMS* Please do not dispose of baby wipes, condoms, tampons, or any similar items in the toilet, as they can block the septic system and cause serious malfunctions. Improper use may result in a $1500 damage fee.
