Offering breathtaking views of the lake and mountains, our chalet promises an unforgettable stay. Inside, you'll find two gated bedrooms, an open mezzanine bedroom, and a sofa bed, sleeping up to 10 comfortably. The spacious and bright rooms invite relaxation and tranquility. The kitchen is fully equipped, with a central island, is perfect for cooking. The dining area, which can accommodate 10 guests comfortably, offers a sumptuous setting for memorable meals. One small dog per booking can be accepted with an extra cleaning fee of $100 + fee and a security deposit of $500. We'll ask for information about this one (size) before accepting it. Guest access ✦ You will have access to the whole cottage and its outdoor spaces in complete privacy, with the exception of the storage spaces. Other things to note ⚠️ATTENTION* The cottage is in a developing area, so the roads are not paved yet. We advise you to come with a 4x4 car with winter tires in winter and spring although the roads and parking of our chalet are professionally cleared of snow. * AUDIO DEVICE * It is strictly forbidden to party at the cottage. In addition to a security camera pointing to the parking lot and the entrance to the chalet, there is an excessive noise detection device outside the chalet to warn us if the noise reaches too high a decibel level. We define excessive noise as music or any other sound our neighbors can hear that interferes with their enjoyment of the premises. The noise detector does not record sound. *CAMERAS* Please note there are security cameras outside the chalet. Of course, in order to respect the privacy of the tenants, no cameras point to the spa. It is forbidden to move the angle of the cameras or disconnect them, this act will be considered as an attempt to conceal items important to the owner and will immediately terminate the rental without refund. * LAKE ACCESS * Lake access is possible between May 15 and October 15. Access to Lac Noir is about a 4-minute drive down the mountain. This consists of a small path of about 100 meters that will take you to a dock. There are no hacks available. NO EXCEPTION *PETS* One small dog per booking can be accepted with an extra cleaning fee of $100 and a security deposit of $500. We'll ask for information about this one (size) before accepting it. *TV* We have 2 smart TVs in the listing with Amazon Prime and Youtube but we don't offer cable. *WOOD* A wood-burning fireplace is available for your use. We did not provide the wood. Also, you should bring your small wood and/or paper to make it easier to start. * OUTDOOR FIREPLACE * The outdoor fireplace is available from May 1st to November 15th. NO EXCEPTION *TOILET* **Do not dispose of ANY waste (feminine hygiene products, baby wipes, condoms in the toilet, etc.), as this could block the septic tank. An additional $1500 fee will be charged for any misuse of our toilet.
