The space Although it's a studio, this place is spacious! Living area includes a queen sized sofa bed, while bedroom area includes a king sized bed. Full kitchen includes bar seating for 3, stainless steel appliances, and plenty of counter space. You'll even have laundry capabilities via the machines in the bathroom, and don't forget about AC! The exterior includes a small sitting area and a charcoal grill solely for your use. While your entrance and interior space are totally private, this home is part of a duplex, so there is a shared wall. A third, separate back house also sits on the lot. The yard between the three is fully fenced. Guest access Guests have full access to whole unit and the yard. Other things to note While we encourage you to enjoy your stay, we also ask that you respect our neighbors by keeping noise to a reasonable level and respecting our quiet hours (10 PM to 7 AM). Additional guests, visitors, or events of any type are not permitted - subject to immediate eviction/cancellation without refund. Booking party is responsible for loss and/or damage. Home is part of a duplex and shares lot with a third, separate back house. Yard area is shared (exterior furniture & grill are not). Street parking only; no parking permitted in the driveway or on the property. Street parking is free, but please read posted signs to avoid citations. Well-trained pets are welcome, with some rules: --No pets permitted on furniture (especially beds) --No excessive shedding/messes (must clean up all waste indoors/outdoors) --No pets left unsupervised/unattended or barking (even if crated) Guests in violation of these rules are subject to additional fees.
