No smoking within the house, permitted outdoors with butts to be disposed of in the bin. Spacious gardens and large lawned area for outdoor living. Enjoy the pool and outdoor alfresco area which includes an outdoor fridge, barbeque, dining and lounge setting. Outdoor security cameras are located on all four sides of the co located shed monitoring access to the shed as well as the front entrance to the house and rear of the house. Explore the 100 plus acres the property is located on by foot. The property does have livestock so all gates must be closed. Guests need to ensure they do not trespass onto surrounding farms or the vicinity of the adjacent tenanted house. Guest access Ample parking provided with a garage for up to 2 cars and plenty of space outside to park more. No parking on lawns permitted on the property Other things to note The property is located less then 15 minutes from Pinjarra and Mandurah for shopping, cafes, restaurants and pubs. In regards to the Nambeelup Brook located on the property, as we are currently in the warmer months, the Brook does have dry patches and is not flowing.
