Other things to note Other things to note We require a minimum stay of 90 nights during the spring semester (January–May) and fall semester (August–December). This helps us best accommodate students, professors, visiting researchers, and young professionals who need stable housing for their projects or academic term. Outside of these periods, we happily welcome short-term guests for flexible, shorter stays. Additional amenities & notes 📝 🅿️Parking: Plenty of street parking nearby.
