Guests will feel like a local with convenient self-checkin, optional off-street parking space, and the best location in Astoria! Located in the heart of downtown, you'll have the city's best breweries, restaurants, distilleries, shops and more just steps from your apartment. The space There is free parking on the street. We do offer off-street parking for a fee. Please inquire about availability upon check-in. Guest access Guests will checkin at the Norblad Hotel, just one block from the Astor Building. Once checked in and inside the Astor Building, there is a common lobby with elevator. There is also a common coin-operated laundry room on the 5th floor (same as the apartment) that is accessible to guests. **While the building that this apartment is located within has an elevator, there are stairs to access the checkin desk at the Norblad Hotel. If you need to or would like to arrange to be checked in on ground level, please give us a call and we'll happily assist you.** Other things to note There is no cooking in this unit. We do offer long-term stays. Please inquire about extended stays at the front desk!
