If not, you risk being asked to leave) *Fireplace in Living Room decorative only and ask residents not to use. *Security cameras outside for insurance and security exterior but not inside apt. *Toilet paper, paper towel only provided at move in and guests will refill for their long term 30+stays CLEANING: *For long term 30+ day stays, biweekly, triweekly or monthly cleanings added to reservation. There may be occasional noise and you may see workers at the building. You may or may not see or hear anything but we are transparent so guests may enjoy their stay with little surprises.
