Even though this home feels like a peaceful escape, you’re just 10 minutes away from grocery stores, restaurants, and anything else you might need. The lake allows motorboats but stays calm and peaceful most of time. Wildlife is everywhere, adding to the serene experience. Ducks, herons, and countless other birds call this lake home, creating a picture-perfect backdrop from sunrise to sunset. If you’re lucky, you might spot a family of otters playing along the shore. What’s Inside? Step through the front door into a bright, open-concept space where the living room, dining area, and kitchen all showcase panoramic views of the water. Kick off your shoes and sink into the plush carpet, melt into the oversized couch—perfect for movie nights with your group. The kitchen is fully stocked with everything you need to cook a delicious meal or serve takeout. The first floor provides step-free access to two comfortable bedrooms and two bathrooms. The laundry room is also located on this level. The larger bedroom sleeps 4. It's always cool and shaded, so if you love to sleep in, this is your spot. A walk-in closet and ensuite bathroom with a walk-in shower make it extra convenient. The other first-floor bedroom sleeps 2 and faces the yard. It offers ample space for your luggage and belongings, with blackout curtains for a restful night’s sleep. A full-size bathroom is just across the hall. Upstairs is dedicated to the primary suite with a walk-in closet and a bathroom. It's bright and airy, with a private balcony overlooking the lake. There are no blackout curtains here—wake up naturally to the fog lifting off the lake and ducks gliding through the water. The Outdoor Space: This is where the magic truly happens. The west-facing deck is a guest favorite. Soak in the hot tub as the sky turns to gold, fire up the BBQ for lakeside dining, or unwind in the lounge area with a gas fire table for cozy evenings under the stars. For added peace of mind, the deck also features safety gates to keep little ones and pets secure while you relax and enjoy the view. Just steps from the water, you’ll find a wood fire pit perfect for roasting s’mores, kayaks and paddle boards ready for adventure, and a dock for fishing or easily stepping into the water. Kids will love the play structure, while pets can roam freely and safely in the fully fenced yard. Whether you're looking for relaxation or adventure, this lakeside retreat has something for everyone. Guest access Guests have full access to the house, lake front, and the yard, excluding the enclosed garage area. Other things to note Parking is limited to a maximum of 4 cars (3 if they are larger or not parked tightly). Please be considerate and avoid blocking the neighbor’s driveway on the shared easement. Pet policy: Dogs must be disclosed and added to the reservation ($50 pet fee applies). Max 2 dogs per stay. Pets must be house-trained, well-behaved, and never left unattended. Additional cleaning fees may apply for excessive mess or staining. Undisclosed pets will result in a $100 per pet fine. Please use provided furniture covers and dog towels.
