Directly in front of the house you have a beautiful idyllic view of the village pond and the 1000 year-old church. (and yes, the bells ring regularly ;-)) Centrally located, you can reach Munich, Tegernsee, Schliersee, Bayrischzell, Bad Tölz in 30 minutes each with the BRB (Bavarian regional train). (The nearest stop is 3 km away). By car via the A8 or country road in 15-30 min. The space Cozy apartment on the ground floor with a private entrance! Ideal for a small family. The apartment offers a combined kitchen/living room with dining table and sofa bed, an ideal sleeping place for one to two children. One bedroom with a large double bed and vanity, as well as a workspace. A separate shower room with a rainfall shower invites you to relax. The entrance area offers enough space for ski /hiking equipment and/or children's scales. A travel cot for toddlers is available on request! Pets are welcome, but we charge an extra cleaning fee per stay of €15. Guest access A small outdoor seating area is also available.
