Cozy single bedroom in modern, well-situated home

A single bedroom in a beautiful, well-situated and modern home just a few steps from a gorgeous park and a 5-min walk from Nutgrove Shopping Centre with multiple supermarkets, shops and eateries. A number of buses take you to the city centre. For nature lovers, it’s only a 20-min drive from the sea, 10-min drive from Dublin mountains and 20-min drive from Wicklow, known as the Garden of Ireland. It's also just a short bus ride to Dundrum which boasts Ireland's biggest shopping centre. The space Hi there, You are invited to stay in my cosy, bright single bedroom in Rathfarnham, which is blessed with a host of amenities including parks, supermarkets, shops, restaurants, and easy access to beautiful walks in the Dublin Mountains and beyond. Free street parking is available in front of the house. There is good WIFI available. Look forward to hosting you! Ken Guest access You will have access to a shared toilet downstairs which is next to your room, and the shower room upstairs which is also shared with us. You are welcome to make breakfast and tea/coffee in the kitchen until 11am. After that time, please only use the kitchen to make hot drinks or simple snacks. You are welcome to relax and have your breakfast on the decking which catches the morning sun. Other things to note Please note there is a handrail on one side of the stairs, but the other side is exposed, so some care is required on the stairs and it is not suitable for children. Check-in is after 3pm. Check-out is 12 pm. From the airport: A taxi takes 30 minutes (If you ask your driver to go through the city centre, it is cheaper but will take longer when there is traffic). The 16 bus goes from the airport to within a 10-min walk of our house (You will need coins or to buy a Leap card at the airport). The journey takes about 1 hr 15 mins. No smoking. No guests allowed.
