Family oriented, quiet gated complex, pool, washer/dryer in unit, pullout couch & 2 blowup mattresses, beach wagon, chairs & toys. Enjoy the deck overlooking canal and fishing off dock walkway. Bring kayaks to explore canal. Provide internet, automatic check-in & check-out with unique door code and full size kitchen. Have direct contact with owner with fast responses, no management company hassles! The space Unit B on second floor on right - Spacious 1200 ft condo, 2 bed/2 bath, California King in master bedroom and Queen in second bedroom. Located on canal/water and across the street from beach! Chairs and table on back deck so you can enjoy your coffee or cocktail while watching the dolphins and wildlife in canal looking for breakfast or dinner as well as enjoying the beautiful sunrises or sunsets. The back deck can be accessed from livingroom or master bedroom. Has a fully stocked kitchen including childrenware. We include a bathroom and kitchen starter pack as well as basic cleaning supplies. In livingroom, has sectional sofa with pullout bed and two recliners as well as an oversized recliner. Streaming TVs located in livingroom as well as in both bedrooms. There is seating to eat at kitchen bar as well as kitchen table. Each bedroom has a nice size close and dresser, with the master bedroom closet having double the closet space and a dresser. Guest access Guests will have access to entire condo with exception of two small owner closets. Other things to note - No Smoking in the Condo ($400 remediation charge) - No Pets of any kind ($400 remediation charge) - No Groups/Parties or more than six people without prior authorization from Owner. - Minors under the age of 17 must be accompanied by an adult over age 21 at the swimming pool. - Keep noise, TV, music, etc. to reasonable level to respect long-term condo renters in unit below. Just be respectful is all we ask. - Do not throw anything such as cigarettes, food, trash, etc. over front or back deck railings. - Do not spit or urinate over front or back deck railings. (Yep, had it happen. 😂) - If go out to walk or fish on pier, please do not make left turn going between boats. This area is for boat owners only and has numerous monitored cameras. Do not touch any boats!! - The is a motion/doorbell camera outside by front door. There is also a motion security camera outside overseeing backdeck. When guests arrive for their reservation, I do turn the notifications for cameras off and only look at cameras if there is an emergency or other need. (All the notifications would drive me crazy! 😬😁) - Our internet box controls many things within the condo. Please do not unplug the internet box. If I receive a notification the internet is off, I will contact you to schedule maintenance to come check it. If box has been turned off/unplugged, you will be charged for maintenance call. - The booking guest must be over the age of 25. Booking adult must stay during entire booking. **** If we are notified of Guest violating any of the above, you will receive a courtesy notification, either verbal and written, of the problem. If problem continues, the second time your reservation may be cancelled and guest will be told (or escorted if need be) to leave premises immediately with forfeiting all monies paid for the entire reservation. **** Registration Details 49882
