Description

Astoria is the place! It is trendy and cool, and close to Manhattan. There are many cafes and some of the best restaurant that NYC has to offer. It is a real neighborhood with real people. Very Safe. You can walk safely at night at all times. The place it is 180 meters, 3 short blocks from train N or Q Broadway station (subway, Metro) and 4 stops from Manhattan Midtown. 20 minutes from Times sq. Trains run all night. The space I added a double bed to a very big living room. What you see in the pictures is what you get: a desk, a sofa, a tiny table with 2 chairs and a Full ( double) size bed that you can make even more private with the set of French doors. You will only share the bathroom and kitchen with me. My bedroom is next to the kitchen as I live in the same floor. Guest access You will have full access to kitchen and bathroom, and easy entrance from the street. The only common areas are the kitchen and the bathroom There is a full kitchen with microwave, oven, stove, fridge, pots pans, dishes and glasses for you to use. During your stay This is my house, you are a guest in it. I will treat you like a treat all my guests. I cook, l use the kitchen, you will see me around when l am home. This is not a hotel. Don't expect things that you find in hotels. This is my house and l work in my art studio downstairs. You might see me a lot or very little depending of my work schedule. Other things to note NOT FOR LIGHT SLEEPERS. I say this because l had guests complaining about people yelling on the street, and loud birds singing at dawn. Be warned that it is very loud in New York City. But in general the place is quiet. I have no control over people that talk or walk outside the apartment or in the streets of New York. I don't have power to control peoples lives or behaviors ( someone gave a bad review because a crazy man was yelling on the street) It is difficult to park on the streets, not impossible, but you should not bring a car to New York unless you want to spend a lot of money. some parking is $50 per hour in the city. If you never took a subway in your life, don't worry. It is easy. Millions of people from around the globe learn in just minutes, and you will too. There is a Ferry that brings you to Wall Street near the house. It is a fun way to go if you are not in a hurry. Registration Details OSE-STRREG-0002880
