Steps to downtown (pedestrian bridge at the end of the street). This is the perfect place if you'd like to be close to downtown but not immediately downtown. The space This is a fully renovated multiplex. A historic home from the 1900’s was extended and converted into separate apartments. Unit includes: separate entrance, 1-car designated parking spot, full washroom, full living space, full kitchen, in-suite laundry, separate controls for in-suite heat/ac. Outdoor spaces are shared. Guest access Head to the end of the driveway. Around the back of the building you will see a wooden deck. Head up the deck stairs and you will find unit #9 on your right. Keypad entry. Other things to note Starter products will be provided upon check-in, however longer stays are responsible for consumables. The yard is open (partially fenced-in) with plenty of relaxing spaces. Around the backside of the building there is a concrete path to a patio/pergola with a bbq. In the front yard there is a small green space. While furry friends are welcome, we ask that you take your dog for a walk as other guests also use the outdoor spaces. Both monthly guests and long-term tenants stay on-site.
