In the heart of Rolla just a couple miles from Fugitive Beach, MS and T, Fort Leonard Wood, Trout Parks and beautiful Meremec Springs Park. Very close to shopping and restaurants and only about 1 mile off of I-44. The space Tv’s in all 3 bedrooms and 1 in living area. Lots of DVD’s to use as well. Washer and Dryer. On premise parking for 3 cars and street parking if needed. Guest access You will have access to the entire house, front yard and back yard.
