Our private, fully equipped cottage sits along the North Fork of the Gunnison River—an ideal spot for morning coffee by the water and peaceful river sounds. Enjoy views of our working farm, 100-year-old apple orchard, and friendly goats. Easy bike ride to Black Bridge Winery. The space Arrive at your private cottage equipped with a queen size bed, full kitchen, bathroom, dining area, living room area and 5.5 acres of goodness. Guest access Guest access: Guests enjoy private access to the cottage and the grassy area in front. Feel free to say hello to our goats (please don’t open gates unless we’re with you). A clearly marked trail to the right of the barn curves left and leads to a sitting area by the river. Other things to note We’re big animal lovers, but for everyone’s safety we’re unable to host guest pets. Our working farm includes free-ranging chickens, an outdoor cat, goats, sheep, and a dog who adores people but is protective when other dogs are present. We appreciate your understanding. We intentionally do not have a TV, inviting guests to unplug and enjoy the outdoors and surrounding area. High-speed internet is available if you’d like to stream on your own device.
