About 45 minutes away from the Salt River and Saguaro and Canyon lakes. Enjoy your evenings relaxing on the patio or sitting by the fire pit. A perfect place to come home to and relax after a long day of having fun. The space Our cozy guest suite is attached to the main house. There is a private fire pit and sitting area, along with a private balcony with dining and views of the San Tan Mountains. It has its own entrance with no access to main house. The entrance welcomes you to an open dining and sitting area. Ceiling fans throughout. There is air conditioning and heat to keep you cool in the summer and warm in the winter. There is a dedicated workspace/desk in the main room. The kitchen is fully equipped with fridge/freezer, stove, oven, pots, pans, dishes, microwave, crock-pot, toaster, and coffee pot. There are complimentary coffees, teas and hot coco. There are basic cooking supplies like oil, salt, pepper and some herbs and spices. The bedroom has one very comfortable queen size bed made up with high quality linens. There is a walk-in closet where hangers , an iron and ironing board and a portable fan for extra air movement are supplied. The bathroom is small but ample. Bath towels, hand towels and wash clothes are provided as well as complimentary body wash, shampoo, and conditioner. Guest access Access to the property is on the east side of the home. Guests can park two cars in the rock area just to the east of the circular driveway. There is a lit pathway that you will follow through a latching gate. Here you will be in your private yard/garden area. There is also a fire-pit with seating in the garden area. You will see a staircase on the east side of the home that will lead you up to your private suite and balcony. The balcony is equipped with a table and chairs so guests can enjoy the weather while drinking their morning coffee, watching the sunrise, and enjoying all the moments in between. Other things to note We kindly ask that there be no smoking in our suite and no events. Please leave your four legged friends at home as we like to keep things allergen free for everyone to enjoy. Additionally, please be aware that our guest suite does have stair access. We also have two friendly golden retriever dogs that you may see through the fence. They are very friendly and do not have access to the guest area.
