The space This house has two separate, private 1 bedroom suites only sharing a vestibule. It had been designed to host traveling professionals, interns, graduate students, etc for monthly stays. Note: Parking for this apartment is in the carport and driveway. There is a covered screened porch and separate patio. Guest access Apartment, patio and carport Other things to note The TV is a smart TV (Roku). We don’t have cable. You can use your own accounts. There is a train that comes by several times a day. Our apartments are rented for a minimum of 30 days. We don’t offer refunds or prorations for early cancellation. We ozone, disinfectant, wash all linens between guests. We don't use bedspreads, only duvet covers with shams and they are washed between guests. If you have any problems, please text us. We live 20 minutes from the property and am available if you should need any assistance.
