Dozens of trails directly from backyard for year round mountain adventures. this is a hosted rental in a 3 bed/2 bath home, single story. Rooms for rent are front/private bedroom ( included in listing price ) as well as back office private bedroom that is listed separately. Please inquire for costs if more than 2 guests as we try to be flexible to accommodate our guests numbers and needs. Price listed is for 2 people. Additional guests will be charged at 50$ per adult and 25$ per child. Please ask if more than 2 guests for sleeping options as we can accommodate more upon request. Plenty of parking available , however in winter depending on weather and snow conditions it is variable. If heavy snow, some snow shoveling may be needed, shovels provided. Land is very private with plenty of space to enjoy outdoors/nature. Neighborhood is tranquil/very peaceful with great areas to walk/bike. PLEASE READ HOUSE RULES BEFORE BOOKING. Guest will have access to bedroom rented, bathroom, living areas, dining areas, limited use of kitchen, as well as full outdoor property access including garden/deck/hot-tub.
