The space Everyone will find their place in this lovely 4 bedroom home nested on a hill surrounded by pine trees. Here are a few things you will enjoy: - Dining area that comfortably seats 8, - Wooden kitchen bar (sits an additional 8) is the perfect place to hangout with friends and family. - Large sofa in the living-room to relax comfortably in front of the fireplace and/or TV, or to have drink. - Shuffleboard in the living room. Enjoy a game with a friend while having a drink. Kids love it too!! - The large wooden backyard deck is also a nice place to enjoy the calm and quiet of the neighborhood and great for stargazing at night - There are 4 bedrooms (K, Q, Q, 3T) + 3 extra floor twin mattress (Recommended for kids). - There are 2 bathrooms. (ensuite in the Master and one in the hallway) - The house is equipped with 3 large flat screen TV/Netflix/Roku/1 DVD player for your entertainment. - 1 car garage + up to 5 cars parking in the driveway. (only 5 cars permitted on premises) - The yard is fenced all around, which is perfect for young kids and dogs. - Dog lovers, the house also has a very large covered kennel on the side of the house (direct access from Bedroom 3). Pet fee is $75 per stay.
