This is my super comfy 55sqm apartment in the area of Agia Sofia in the city center of Thessaloniki. For those who know the area, it is next to the Achiropiitos church. It is suitable for business trips and couples who want to move around fast and easy on foot. It can accommodate up to 4 people. First, our cleaners use the washing machine and dryer (where available) of the apartment to do the linen and towels laundry of each reservation. In case you check in and find laundry in the dryer, it's clean and dry and you don't need to do anything that. If you want to use the washing machine or dryer, please, let us know and we'll send a cleaner to collect it. Same applies for laundry hanging to dry on the rack. And second, if you choose to smoke inside the apartment and disrespect our non-smoking house rules, you will be charged with the nightly rate of your departure day and any extra/special cleaning (e.g. bio-cleaning) that may be needed, in order to be bookable again.
