The space A spacious 3BHK villa with a private pool is located inside Saarus Enclave-I premises amidst the greenest resort, ‘Kensville Golf & Country Club'. The Kensville Golf and Country Club has an 18-hole international level golf course designed by legendary Indian golfer Jeev Milkha Singh. The beautiful golf course hosts tour tournaments. The Kensville Golf and Country Club is located on Kerala- Nalsarovar Road off Rajkot-Ahmedabad six lane highway. The nearest town is Bavla, and nearby villages are Metal, Dev Dholera, and Baldana. The Kensville Golf and Country Club premises comprise of Club Mahendra Resort, multi-cuisine restaurants, club house with multiple sports facilities and children play area, spa, etc located at a few minutes drive from our villa. Villa, being located inside the Kensville Golf and County Club, it is secured by round-the-clock gated security. The serene 'Nalsarovar lake', which is the home for migratory birds, is located at ~20 km from our villa. The villa has 3 large bedrooms, Hall, dining & living areas, Courtyard, Kitchen, front & back lawn, front & back terraces and a private pool. One bedroom is on the ground floor while two bedrooms are on the first floor. The private pool is in the lawn area in the backyard of the villa surrounded by the greenery of flowering plants. The pool is of medium size, having dimensions 11 feet * 35 feet. The front lawn is alongside the porch. The outside parking space is abundant. A large and colorful garden and a club house with indoor sports facilities and a swimming pool lies just in front of our villa. Birthday parties, engagement and marriage functions, photo shoot, movie shooting, advertisements shooting, get together with family members and friends, etc. can be hosted at our villa. Villa can accommodate a gathering of about 50-60 people (night stay upto 17 Adults and four children). Guests to follow laws of land and house rules. It is our weekend home, and we maintain it with lots of love and care. We are happy to host guests who want to enjoy and cherish the beauty of nature with family and friends. The caretaker is available at the villa to welcome you, your family, and friends and to take care of you around the clock. Homemade food of the village delicacies can be served(on chargeable basis). Other things to note The guest are requested to carry their daily medicines. As the place is surrounded by trees, the guests are requested to keep the window nets and doors closed always to avoid insects entering inside. Guest can carry the mosquito/insect repellent, especially during the rainy season.
