This spacious four bedroom house is 3 min walk to the pristine Gibsons Beach, Watsons Bay beach and swimming baths, 5 min walk to the iconic Watsons Bay Hotel, Dunbar House, local cafes and shops, and only 15min by ferry to the heart of Sydney. Over two levels, the ground floor dining area opens onto a relaxing courtyard, BBQ area, outdoor dining and garden, fabulous for entertaining. 10min walk to five local beaches. 10 min drive to Bondi Beach, 20 min to the city and 30 min to the airport. The space Your beautiful holiday home boasts a large master and ensuite, a double room downstairs with its own bathroom, and two bedrooms with single beds - perfect for families. We can offer a cot or cots on request. There is also a playroom and a large living area opening onto the garden as well as a study desk in the downstairs bedroom. The house is light and bright and perfect for play, home BBQs or heading to the beach which is just 3 mins walk across a road and down a beach path. Outside there is an outdoor shower for those hot, sandy beach days. We can also leave outdoor toys for your children if you would like! Just let us know. We also have a large trampoline in the front yard for kids to play on if you would like it there and a herb garden for your cooking needs! Guest access The house will be all yours! The ground floor has just two stairs at the front door and there is a bedroom and bathroom on the ground floor. The other bedrooms are located upstairs. The house is well equipped but if you’re planning on staying with children, let us know and we can ensure your kids have access to toys and equipment for the duration of your stay. The bedroom configuration is shown in the photos but let us know what you need and if we can assist in making a change we will!
