The second floor, includes one full bathroom, along with three large size bedrooms, leading to the 3rd floor, you'll find an attic fully completed and transformed into an enormous 5th bedroom! This property is sure to impress. All rooms have a TV. Walking distance to Gustavus Adolphus College, Restaurants, and Shopping Markets & across the street from Minnesota Square Park. We have installed one of the cameras on the front porch facing the garage and the camera is located at the entrance door going upstairs. They will be turned on during your stay. Any tampering or disabling of the cameras can be subject to a $100 fine for each camera that is turned off. Upon booking, please list all numbers of guests that are coming, (infants and kids must be included on the list) and pets as well. There will be an additional fee for all extra guests.
