Lakefront cabin retreat on Walker Lake in Enumclaw. Our cabin is located in the south Cascade foothills and is a great base camp for visiting Crystal Mountain and Mt. Rainier National Park. Perfect for year round activities - skiing, hiking, biking, swimming, fishing, kayaking, jogging, hunting, and more. Just 8 miles from lots of local restaurants, breweries, coffee shops, and wineries in downtown Enumclaw. Welcome to Walker Lake Retreat. We are located in Enumclaw, Wa. - An hour away from Seattle, Crystal Mountain Ski Resort, and Mt Rainier National Park. Our cabin is nestled right on the lake with 50' of waterfront and a private dock - perfect for swimming and fishing. We even have a little non-motorized boat that is available for you to use during your stay. Enjoy picturesque views of Walker Lake and Mt. Enumclaw from almost every window in the cabin. Kick your feet up and relax on the huge back deck, while you take in the views and soak up the serenity. The property is fully fenced and has ample room for parking. There is a fire pit and lots of room for yard games - we provide yardzee, bocce ball, a football, and frisbees. The cabin features one bedroom with a queen bed, as well as a double sleeper sofa pullout upstairs in the living room. Ottomans can also be pushed up to it to make it queen size. There is also a detached studio with a queen bed. The detached studio does not have a dedicated bathroom, but there are two bathrooms inside the main cabin. Access to the detached unit is only available for parties of 5 or more. Downstairs is the kitchen, dining, area, coffee bar, laundry, and a bathroom. Upstairs features a bathroom, a bedroom, and a large, open living room area with 3 large lake-facing windows. Up there you will find a cozy couch (with pull out sleeper), tv, fireplace, separate seating area, books, games, etc. You are renting the entire cabin and the property and will have complete privacy during your stay. We are not on site, but live locally and are available should any issues arise during your stay. This is a quiet lakeside neighborhood. Everyone keeps to themselves and appreciates the quiet and the privacy. We ask that you keep the noise to a minimum and are respectful of our neighbors that live there year round. There is ample parking on the property. If you are traveling to our cabin in the winter, snow chains may be necessary. Our cabin is just 8 miles from downtown Enumclaw, where on Cole street and surrounding streets you will find lots of restaurants, breweries, shopping, coffee shops etc. In snowy conditions, it may be necessary to use chains on your vehicle to access the cabin. Due to the wooded, mountain location, wifi can be intermittent, so if you need a strong signal, able to power multiple devices at all times, this might not be the space for you. Cell service is also limited depending on carrier. Our cabin is best suited for those looking to unplug, unwind, and enjoy some peace and quiet. A rental contract is required to be signed within 48 hours of booking confirmation.
