Welcome to The 1800's Bungalow! •Built in 1893, one of the first homes in Ogden •Off Street Parking for 2-3 Cars next to side of home to the west •Two bedrooms, Living Room, Kitchen & Bathroom w/tub & shower •Comfortable Queen Beds in each bedroom, sofa bed in living room •Smart TV & Fast WiFi •Near Historic 25th Street & Excellent Restaurants •Easy Walk to Ogden Temple, Movie Theater, Climbing Wall & Indoor Surfing Venues •Air conditioner to keep you cool The space Bedrooms: The 1800's Bungalow bedrooms are each pleasantly equipped with a comfortable Queen size bed, made up with our linens before your arrival. Your room also has an alarm clock, reading lamp, and closet to store your belongings. Earplugs are available for those who prefer, and room-darkening shades are on all windows. Living Room: The living room has a comfortable new sleeper sofa and linens are provided for those who would like them. There is also a 40" TV with Firestick for your viewing pleasure. Bathroom: The Bungalow's bathroom is recently remodeled and has sink, toilet, and tub/shower combo. Complimentary shampoo, conditioner, body wash, hand soap, towels, washcloths are provided. Kitchen: The kitchen is equipped with pots, pans, cooking utensils, plates, eating utensils, herbs/spices, and cooking oil. There is also a coffee maker for guest use for your morning cup of coffee. A toaster, microwave, refrigerator, and stove are provided. Guest access Guests have full access to the entire house with the exception of the attic and basement. The Bungalow sports a small yard and off street parking for 2-3 cars (no garage). Other things to note ★ Please remember you’re staying in someone's house, not a hotel. Please treat the house with respect. If any problems arise, we do our best to take action ASAP, but we may be sleeping after 10PM. ★CHECK IN TIME: 3 PM ★CHECK OUT TIME: 11AM. ★We do not have washer or dryer, we are happy to provide directions to newly remodeled laundromat nearby on request.
