Guest access The co-host will personally hand over an access tag to guests, as well as access through the garage door. Residencial Mar Azul is very safe and well-organized. If disposal is necessary after this time, noise should be avoided to prevent disturbing the peace of other residents. - When circulating within the condominium after 10:00 PM, avoid loud noises, shouting, loud conversations, horseplay, and other activities that generate noise. - Access for motorcycle delivery personnel to the Condominium is permitted until 10:00 PM; after that, residents must collect their deliveries at the gatehouse. - Vehicle access is via Vehicle Tag or the SC SEG app; pedestrian entry through the vehicle gate is not permitted.
