Looking to stay under one room but have space? This is your house! Your entire group will enjoy easy access to everything happening in Pittsburgh. It is conveniently located less than 5 minutes away from the Pittsburgh Stadiums and Downtown. This 4 bedroom 1.5 bathroom house is newly renovated, spacious, and family friendly. You can enjoy a game of Foosball or catch up on all your latest shows subscriptions. Cameras are onsite in the front and back of house for everyone’s protection. The space This is a family friendly house. While here you will enjoy onsite games, online subscription, and the room for everyone to spread out. One the third floor you will enjoy a queen bed, a full day bed, and a twin trundle. The second floor has three bedrooms. One has a queen size bed, the second has two queen size beds, the third has a twin day bed. Two of the rooms have TVs for your entertainment. On this floor there is a full bathroom with tub and double sink. Downstairs you can expect an open concept floor plan that includes a standard living room, 6 sitting Dinning room table, and a full service kitchen with an island. For your convenience there is a Kuerig coffee & tea maker, a smoothie maker, and all other full service kitchen necessities. Outside you can enjoy sitting on either the front or back porch for fresh air. Guest access To access the house you will be given a code upon arrival. That code you will use your entire stay! Other things to note Please note check in is at 4:00 pm and check out is 11:00am. If you require an early check in or out please feel free to contact me. Additional fees may apply. There are no pets allowed. There is a $200.00 pet fee if evidence of pets.
